We offer both standard and climate-controlled storage solutions, with clear, fair pricing and flexible terms designed to meet your needs.

Types of Firearm Storage

Standard Secure Storage

Ideal for temporary or long-term storage when you simply need a safe, compliant, and secure facility. Every firearm is cataloged, tagged, and stored in a controlled environment under 24/7 video monitoring.

🔸 Rifles/Shotguns: $30/month per firearm
🔸 Setup Fee: One-time $15 per firearm at intake (covers inspection, logging, and documentation)
🔸 Multi-Gun Discount: 10% off for 5 or more firearms stored

Premium Climate-Controlled Storage

For collectors, investors, and estate firearms that require additional protection from humidity and temperature changes, our premium option provides full climate regulation with extended insurance coverage.

🔹 Handguns: $35/month per firearm
🔹 Rifles/Shotguns: $50/month per firearm
🔹 Setup Fee: One-time $20 per firearm
🔹 Long-Term Prepaid Discount: 10% off 6- or 12-month prepaid contracts

Short-Term Storage

Need to store a firearm for a short period while moving, traveling, or waiting for a transfer? Our short-term storage makes it simple and secure.

🕒 Handguns: $40 flat rate (up to 30 days)
🕒 Rifles/Shotguns: $60 flat rate (up to 30 days)
🕒 After 30 days, standard monthly rates apply (prorated as needed)

Storage Policies & Procedures

Firearm Intake & Documentation:
Each firearm is recorded in our Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records in full compliance with ATF regulations. You’ll receive a signed receipt listing each firearm’s make, model, caliber, and serial number.
Ownership Verification:
A valid government-issued ID is required. Firearms can only be stored by the legal owner or an authorized representative with notarized documentation.
Background Check Requirement:
When a firearm leaves storage, it is logged out of our A&D book — meaning a 4473 form and NICS background check are required before release, even if the firearm is returning to the same owner.
Unclaimed Firearms:
If payment lapses and no contact is made within 90 days, the firearm may be considered abandoned property in accordance with Texas law. We will make every effort to contact the owner before taking any further action.
Insurance Coverage:
All firearms are insured against theft, fire, or accidental damage while in our care. For collectible or high-value items, additional insurance can be arranged upon request.
Access & Retrieval:
Firearms can only be dropped off or retrieved by appointment to ensure proper ATF documentation. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for retrieval.

Q: Do I need a background check to retrieve my firearm?
Yes. Any firearm logged into our A&D book must have a 4473 form and NICS check completed before it can be released, even back to the original owner.

Q: Can someone else pick up my firearm?
Only the legal owner or an authorized person with notarized documentation may retrieve a firearm — and that individual must pass a background check at release.

Q: Can I store ammunition or accessories?
Yes, we can store ammunition for $5/month per 1,000 rounds and accessories or optics for a small additional fee.

Q: How long can I store my firearm?
As long as needed. We offer flexible monthly and long-term plans, with discounts for multi-month or multi-gun storage.

Q: What happens if I don’t pay for storage?
We’ll contact you multiple times. After 90 days without payment or contact, firearms may be deemed abandoned as required by Texas law.

Q: Is climate control worth it?
Yes — especially for collectors or long-term storage. It protects against corrosion, temperature swings, and moisture damage.

Q: Can I store a firearm for someone not legally able to own it yet?
Yes, as long as the firearm is properly logged and will only be released to the rightful heir or new owner once they are legally eligible.

Q: Are my firearms insured?
Yes. Insurance is included, and additional coverage for valuable or antique firearms can be arranged.

Q: Do I need an appointment to drop off or pick up?
Yes, appointments are required for all storage transactions to maintain ATF compliance and accurate documentation.
