Refunds & Returns Policy

At Faith First Firearms, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Please read this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Firearms

All firearm sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for firearms once a transfer is completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements before purchasing a firearm.
Any firearms not picked up within 30 days of delivery will incur storage fees of $10 per day, and after 90 days will be considered abandoned property and may be sold without notice or compensation.

2. Firearm Background Checks

All firearm transfers require a successful background check.
If NICS issues a Delay, we must wait for a final response. If no response is received within five (5) business days, the transfer is canceled. All fees remain non-refundable. The firearm will be returned to the seller at the customer’s expense or handled under our Storage & Abandonment Policy. We do not release firearms after the Brady date or without an official “Proceed.”
All fees associated with background checks, transfers, or processing are non-refundable.

3. Consignment Items

Standard consignment items include a $30 non-refundable listing fee for handling and website listing, plus 25% of the sale price upon successful sale.
Unsold consignment items must be picked up within 30 days of the end of the consignment term.
Storage fees of $10 per day apply after 30 days, and items left 90 days past the consignment term will be considered abandoned property and may be sold without notice or compensation.

4. Gunsmithing Services

Gunsmithing fees are non-refundable.
Work must be picked up within 30 days of completion notice.
Storage fees of $10 per day apply after 30 days, and firearms left 90 days past completion will be deemed abandoned property and may be sold without notice or compensation.

5. Non-Firearm Products (Accessories, Optics, Magazines, etc.)

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
A valid receipt is required for all returns.
Special orders are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Exceptions & Limitations

We do not accept returns on firearms, firearm-related background check fees, or gunsmithing services.
All firearm purchases are final once the background check is approved and the transfer is completed.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all items upon delivery for defects, damages, or errors.
Any concerns or disputes should be reported to us immediately to allow for resolution.
