Clear Expectations Before You Order

Shipping and FFL Information

This page explains how shipping and firearm transfers work so you know what to expect. It is general information, not legal advice, and requirements can vary by jurisdiction.

Firearms ship to a receiving FFL

Applicable firearms cannot ship directly to a customer’s home. They must be shipped to a receiving licensed dealer (FFL) and transferred to the buyer in accordance with federal, state, and local law. Displaying a firearm for sale does not mean it can be shipped or transferred to every customer.

Your firearm is shipped to the licensed premises of the receiving FFL you select at checkout. That dealer completes the legally required transfer process with you in person. The receiving dealer sets its own transfer fee, appointment rules, and holding period; Faith First Firearms does not control them and does not collect them. Please confirm with your chosen dealer that they will accept the transfer before you order.

Non-firearm products

Many non-firearm products, such as certain accessories and gear, may ship directly to eligible customers. Some items may still carry restrictions depending on the product and destination.

Mixed orders. When one order contains both FFL-required items and items that ship directly to you, the FFL-required items are fulfilled to the licensed premises of the receiving FFL you select, and the customer-direct items are fulfilled to the shipping address you provide. Because the two go to different destinations, they ship separately and may arrive on different dates. We do not promise they will arrive together or in one package.

The shipping charge shown at checkout covers the order as a whole and is calculated from the shipping classes of the items in your cart. It is a pricing calculation, not a description of a single physical shipment.

Ammunition shipping

Ammunition may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain states, localities, or addresses. These restrictions can change. You are responsible for confirming that ammunition can be lawfully shipped to your location.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for confirming your own legal eligibility to purchase and receive any product. Faith First Firearms may require additional documentation or decline a transaction when necessary for safety, compliance, or business-policy reasons.

Website availability, checkout completion, dealer selection, or automated compliance screening does not constitute a determination that a customer is legally eligible to purchase, possess, or receive a firearm or other regulated product. Final transfer eligibility is determined through the legally required transfer process and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Order review, cancellation, and fulfillment limits

Orders are subject to review and to inventory confirmation. We may cancel or decline an order, request additional information, or limit fulfillment based on availability, eligibility, distributor restrictions, or applicable law. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

If a firearm transfer cannot be completed for a reason attributable to the purchaser, the actual applicable costs — such as return shipping, distributor or manufacturer restocking charges, receiving-FFL charges, processing expenses, and other non-refundable costs — are the purchaser’s responsibility. We do not charge a separate background-check fee. Our Terms & Conditions and Refunds & Returns Policy control.

Online-first and appointment-only

Faith First Firearms is online-first and appointment-only. We do not operate a walk-in retail storefront. Local transfers and in-person services are scheduled by appointment.

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Safety guides everything we do. Whether you are new to firearms or experienced, these fundamentals always apply.

Safety first. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded, keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire, and store firearms securely away from children and prohibited persons. For complete guidance, see our firearm safety and storage page.

Educational & Legal Notice

Customers remain responsible for verifying current federal, state, and local requirements. Faith First Firearms may require additional documentation or decline a transaction when necessary for safety, compliance, or business-policy reasons.
