Book An Appointment
This appointment is for the pickup of a firearm shipped to us by a verified FFL. Contact us BEFORE ordering or shipping to confirm we’re accepting transfers. We only accept shipments from licensed FFLs, following all ATF + carrier rules.
You may book once your firearm shows “Delivered” AND we confirm it is logged into our system.
At your appointment:
- Present valid gov’t photo ID with current address
- Complete ATF Form 4473 on-site
- Pass a NICS background check (required)
- Pay transfer fees before release
- Firearm is released ONLY on a “Proceed”
Transfer Fees (per firearm):
- Standard: $35
- LTC: $30
- Military, Veterans, LEO, Fire/EMS, Church Security: $25
- First-Time Customer: $30
- Additional firearms (same order): $25
Age Requirements:
- Long guns: 18+
- Handguns/receivers: 21+
Storage & Abandonment:
- First 30 days: included
- After 30 days: $10/day
- After 90 days: firearm is considered abandoned and may be returned, sold, or disposed of per policy + ATF rules
- All fees must be paid before release
Important:
- Fees are non-refundable, including delayed/denied NICS
- Delayed NICS checks with no final response within 5 business days are canceled and cannot be transferred. Fees are non-refundable. Firearms may be returned to the seller at your expense.
- No loaded firearms at appointments
- We reserve the right to refuse transfers for safety/compliance reasons

FFL Transfer – Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be booked up to 45 days in advance
- Must be booked at least 96 hours before the start time
- Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours in advance at no charge
- No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full transfer fee for the missed appointment, due at pickup
- Firearms remain subject to storage fees after 30 days and abandonment after 90 days
- Booking a transfer means you agree to these terms and our FFL Transfer Policy.
