Request an FFL Transfer Appointment

This appointment is for the pickup of a firearm that has shipped to us and been logged into our records. Contact us before ordering or shipping to confirm we are accepting your transfer. We only accept shipments from licensed FFLs, following all ATF and carrier rules. Review the full process, fees, and requirements on our FFL Transfers page before requesting an appointment.

Please request an appointment only after your firearm has been received, reviewed as appropriate, entered into our acquisition record, and confirmed by us as ready for pickup.

At your appointment:

• Present valid government-issued photo ID that satisfies applicable transfer requirements. If your ID does not show your current residence or complete legal name, acceptable supplemental government-issued documentation may be required — contact us before scheduling.
• Complete ATF Form 4473 on-site
• Pass a NICS background check (required under Faith First Firearms policy)
• Pay transfer fees before release
• The firearm is released only after a verified “Proceed.” The passage of time alone does not authorize release.

Transfer Fees:

• Standard Transfer, First Firearm: $35
• Texas LTC Holders: $30 (affects the transfer fee only)
• Customer’s First Transfer With Faith First Firearms: $30
• Active-Duty Military: $25
• Veterans: $25
• Active or Retired Law Enforcement: $25
• Firefighters & EMS Professionals: $25
• Verified Church Security Team Members: $25
• Each additional firearm completed in the same transfer and picked up at the same appointment: $25

Discounts do not stack; only one discounted rate applies per transfer. The first-firearm fee is not reduced to $25 based on the number of firearms transferred.

Age Requirements:

• Long guns (rifles and shotguns): 18+
• Handguns and receivers: 21+

Background Check — Proceed Only:

• Faith First Firearms releases a firearm only after a verified “Proceed” response.
• A “Denied” or “Cancelled” response prevents completion of the transfer.
• A “Delay” that remains unresolved for more than five business days will result in cancellation of the transaction under Faith First Firearms policy. This applies to every customer, including customers under 21.
• This is a Faith First Firearms business policy and is not a universal federal requirement.

Storage & Unclaimed Firearms:

• First 30 calendar days: included in the transfer fee
• At 90 days: a firearm remaining unclaimed becomes subject to the written unclaimed-firearm procedure
• All applicable storage, handling, and return-shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before release

Unclaimed firearms will be handled under the signed customer agreement, applicable law, ATF recordkeeping requirements, and Faith First Firearms policy.

Fees & Refunds:

• Transfer fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, subject to the signed transfer agreement.
• No loaded firearms at appointments.
• We reserve the right to decline transfers for safety or compliance reasons.

FFL Transfer — Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Appointment requests may be submitted up to 45 days in advance and must be submitted at least 96 hours before the requested start time.
• Cancel or reschedule 24 or more hours in advance at no charge.
• Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are charged the full applicable transfer fee.
• The missed or late-canceled appointment fee does not cover a later appointment. If a new appointment is scheduled, a new transfer fee will be due at the time of service, subject to availability and confirmation that the firearm is still eligible for pickup.
• Firearms remain subject to storage costs after 30 days and to the written unclaimed-firearm procedure at 90 days.
• Submitting an appointment request means you agree to these terms and our FFL Transfer Policy.
