Refunds & Returns Policy

At Faith First Firearms, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Please read this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Firearms

All firearm sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for firearms once a transfer is completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements before purchasing a firearm.
Firearms that are not collected after we notify you are handled under our storage and unclaimed-firearm framework, which uses a 90-calendar-day unclaimed-firearm period. We make reasonable efforts to contact the owner, and any further action is taken in accordance with applicable law and the written agreement in place. Any storage fee that may apply is confirmed with you in writing before it begins.

2. Firearm Background Checks

All firearm transfers require a successful background check.
If NICS issues a Delay, we must wait for a final response. If no response is received within five (5) business days, the transfer is canceled. All fees remain non-refundable. The firearm is returned, cancelled, or otherwise dispositioned as appropriate, and the costs described in Section 2A below apply. We do not release firearms after the Brady date or without an official “Proceed.”
Transfer and processing fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, subject to the signed transfer agreement. Faith First Firearms does not charge a separate background-check fee.

2A. Denied or Uncompleted Firearm Transfers

If a firearm transfer cannot be completed because of a denied background check, purchaser ineligibility, failure to satisfy applicable transfer requirements, failure to provide required documentation, refusal or inability to complete the transfer, or another circumstance attributable to the purchaser, the purchaser is responsible for applicable costs incurred as a result. These may include return shipping, distributor or manufacturer restocking charges, receiving-FFL charges, processing expenses, and other non-refundable costs actually associated with the cancelled or returned transaction. Any refund due will be determined after applicable return and non-refundable charges are accounted for and in accordance with the controlling Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable law.

Faith First Firearms does not charge a separate background-check fee. A denied or uncompleted transfer does not create one. It may, however, result in the actual costs described above.

Depending on the circumstances, the firearm is returned, cancelled, or otherwise dispositioned as appropriate. Not every uncompleted transfer has the same disposition, and we will tell you which one applies to your order.

This section applies before a firearm transfer is completed. Once a transfer has been completed, the final-sale terms in Section 1 control.

3. Consignment Items

Consignment fees and terms are set out in your written Consignment Agreement and confirmed before a firearm is accepted. We do not publish a consignment fee schedule.
Unsold consignment firearms should be collected after the consignment term ends. We will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Firearms left with us after the consignment term are handled under our storage and unclaimed-firearm framework, which uses a 90-calendar-day unclaimed-firearm period, reasonable efforts to contact the owner, and any further action taken in accordance with applicable law and the written agreement in place.

4. Gunsmithing Services

Gunsmithing fees are non-refundable.
Work should be collected after we notify you that it is complete. We will contact you to arrange a pickup appointment.
Firearms left with us after service is complete are handled under our storage and unclaimed-firearm framework, which uses a 90-calendar-day unclaimed-firearm period, reasonable efforts to contact the owner, and any further action taken in accordance with applicable law and the written agreement in place.

5. Non-Firearm Products (Accessories, Optics, Magazines, etc.)

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
A valid receipt is required for all returns.
Special orders are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Exceptions & Limitations

We do not accept returns on firearms, transfer or processing services, or gunsmithing services.
All firearm purchases are final once the background check is approved and the transfer is completed.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all items upon delivery for defects, damages, or errors.
Report any damage, defect, or error to us within 3 business days of delivery, and any other concern or dispute as soon as possible, so we can resolve it.
